Hours of Operation:
Lobby is closed to the public.
Drive Thru: M-F 8:30AM - 4:00PM
Billing Information:
Bills go out on the 28th of every month
and must be paid by the 10th of the following month to avoid late fees. Bills must be paid in full by the 20th to avoid disconnection. Disconnections will happen the 21st. There is a $75 reconnect fee.
Pricing for New Taps & Services:
Regular Standard Tap: $1,260
Road Cut on Gravel: Additional $500
Road Bore on Asphalt or Highway: Additional $2,500
Pricing for Existing Members:
Standard: $120 if there are no previous balances owed
Larger Sizes: Call for more information on pricing with larger sizes
Estimates are Required
Estimate is required to calculate the charges correctly and must have a septic tank permit or exemption from the health dept. before any work can be done (call the office for estimates & for more information on pricing with larger sizes).
New Customers with an Existing Setter but no Meter
Standard Size: $235 (please call for larger meters)
Payment Methods: Debit & credit cards are welcomed at a $5 fee for every $100 charged. Automatic drafting is available as well from a checking account. Forms for auto drafts can be mailed, emailed or picked up from our office. There is also a drop-box for after hours available inside the front door.

The Southwest Arkansas Water Facilities Board of Hempstead County has our monthly board meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 12 noon at SAWS office. Our office is located at 3592 HWY 278 W, Hope, AR 71801.
