Billing Update: The customer charge has increased from $13.70 to $19.80 which started on July 2025 billing. The customer charge includes the cost of infrastructure to provide service to your address and the operating costs associated with providing that service. Thank you for your cooperation

Here are the results of the stage 2 total Trihalomethanes and Haloacetic Acids for the third quarter for 2025. The test show all TTHM and HAA5 LRAAS, were within allowable limits of the Primary Drinking Water Standards of the Safe Water act and no OELs were exceeded this monitoring period.

Billing Information:


Bills go out on the 21st of every month and must be paid by the 10th of the following month to avoid late fees. Bills must be paid in full by the 24th to avoid disconnection. Disconnections will happen the 25th. There is a $75 reconnect fee. For 1st offense is $75 2nd offense is $150 within 1 year.

Pricing for New Taps & Services:


Regular Standard Tap: $1,260

Road Cut on Gravel: Additional $500

Road Bore on Asphalt or Highway: Additional $2,500

Pricing for Existing Members:


Standard: $225 if there are no previous balances owed

Larger Sizes: Call for more information on pricing with larger sizes

Estimates are Required

Estimate is required to calculate the charges correctly and must have a septic tank permit or exemption from the health dept. before any work can be done (call the office for estimates & for more information on pricing with larger sizes).


New Customers with an Existing Setter but no Meter


Standard Size: $300 (please call for larger meters)

Payment Methods: Debit & credit cards are welcomed. Automatic drafting is available as well from a checking account. Forms for auto drafts can be mailed, emailed or picked up from our office. There is also a drop-box for after hours loacted at the front door. *We now provide online bill pay*

By implementing the online bill pay method, you authorize the it to credit card for the amount entered. The amount may be made up of the Deposit paid to the water account. When the amount is successfully charged to your card, the deposit amount will be deposited to your water account with the specified water company. This water account may be used for future bulk water purchases. Any setup fees (new accounts only) and/or outstanding balances owed will be deducted from deposited amount. For a refund or to close your account, please contact the Water Company and a refund check will be mailed to you. Since we never store credit card data, refunds cannot be issued to a credit card account. RATE DISCLAIMER: The water rate shown on this site is for informational purposes only and may not always reflect the latest rate charged by the water company.


1. You understand that setting up an account, and using this water station, is a privilege and not a right. The privilege can be removed at any time and for any reason without notice to you. If that privilege is revoked, you are entitled to request the closure of your account, and a refund of any unused balance on the account. Refunds shall be mailed by check to the “Account Address” listed on the account setup and be made out to the “Name” on the account setup, mailed within 30 days. (typically, within 2 weeks)


2. You understand that this water station can become closed or non-functional without any notice. This can be due to equipment problems, internet issues, or any other technical issues. The Water Company shall do its best to keep the system up and running but is not responsible for any outages or cost incurred by the customer due to the outage.


3. You agree to keep any communication with the Water Company (or its agents or employees) in a business-like manner. Foul language is unacceptable and can be grounds to terminate your privilege of having an account or use of the station.
